NCAA Eligibility Information

Over the years, 威尼斯赌博游戏手机版 has seen numerous student-athletes compete at the college level. This page exists to provide helpful links 和 information related to the recruiting process for the student-athlete 和 his or her parent or guardian. Student-athletes 和 parents interested in competing in college should notify their coach 和 学术 和 College Counselor of their interests.

NCAA Eligibility Center
 - Creating an account is the first step to becoming an NCAA eligible student-athlete.
Play Division I Sports - 学术 requirements 和 information.
Play Division ll Sports - 学术 requirements 和 information.
Play Division III Sports - 学术 requirements 和 information. In Division III, colleges/universities set their own academic st和ards.

Recruiting Timeline

  • The student-athlete must take ownership of the process. Coaches, college counselors, 和 athletic leadership are available to help.
  • 学者 和 behavior play a key role starting in 9th grade.
  • 9th graders should communicate with 学术 和 College Counselors to make sure they are in the right classes based on their college athletic goal. 连接ing early is key!
  • By 10年级, student-athletes should be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center (link is provided above).
  • Be sure to spend time researching colleges in which you are interested.
  • Take full advantage of the 威尼斯赌博游戏手机版 强度 和 Conditioning program. Speed 和 strength, in combination with your sport specific skills, are instrumental in the recruiting process.
  • Keep your Hudl video up-to-date. Each sport at 威尼斯赌博游戏手机版 has a hudl account to which athletes have access. Hudl is an important resource.
  • Attend camps 和 college showcases, 和 take advantage of other opportunities that help you get seen!
  • 11th graders need to stay in contact with their college counselor.
  • Take the ACT or SAT 和 send your score to the NCAA.
  • At the end of the year, request your college counselor to upload your official transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center.
